- Client consultation (either in person or by phone) to establish requirements and to take a detailed brief;
- Property search with multiple estate agents to match brief and undertake market research of areas;
- Long list of suitable properties presented to client with property detals;
- First viewings of long listed properties agreed with client and short list of properties produced with property report for each;
- Second viewings of short listed properties with client
- Negotiation of purchase price
