Emma Ridley, Managing Director

Emma Ridley qualified as a solicitor in 1996 and practised as a commercial property lawyer in both Manchester and London. She then moved into legal recruitment where she spent 10 years working both as a consultant and in-house as Recruitment Manager for leading law firms including Clifford Chance, Barlow Lyde & Gilbert and Latham & Watkins.  

Emma's career in the City allows her to have a real understanding of the sheer long hours, stresses and demands involved in working in high profile roles. Heaven Sent and BalanceLaw.co.uk (our sister company) aim to help firms and individuals manage their heavy workloads.
