We save all our clients many, many hours of time. This is achieved by removing the need for our clients to search for and evaluate ideas, suppliers, retailers and service providers. Because this is our work, we know where to start with every new search, in itself a bit time saver. Our clients  tell us that they love having their weekends and evenings back for themselves instead of working through their personal chores.

YOUR GOLD SERVICE MEMBERSHIP RATES SEEM VERY REASONABLE FOR WHAT'S INCLUDED?

We believe in keeping these charges as low as possible. Because this is our business, we keep have a network of contacts and a library of ideas that we can refer to. However, every client request is different and is treated as such.

We made a conscious decision not to include our specialist services within the Gold Service in order to keep the annual fee as low as possible. We appreciate that not all our members will require these additional services each year and therefore should not have to pay for them unless needed. When a client or member does wish to use these services then we can agree a price according to the client's specific requirements. In addition, for particularly busy times, where clients require more than four requests in a month, they can then buy "top up" silver service hours to blitz all their chores!
